Mr. Thomas successfully represented Korean Airlines in a lawsuit brought by two flight attendants against KAL claiming injuries from an assault on the plane at JFK, which became known as the “nut rage incident.” He also represented HBO and the producer of the documentary film Crazy Love in a lawsuit brought by the film’s stars. Mr. Thomas, along with his twin brother Daniel, also a great trial lawyer, were raised in Rockaway Beach, Queens, where he still has many contacts in the neighborhood.
