Originally from India, Sakrit Srivastava brings a wealth of diverse experience and a global perspective to our law firm. Sakrit was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2023. He is fluent in English and Hindi. He moved to the United States in 2020 to pursue his Masters in Law at Georgetown University Law Center, where he excelled academically and served as an advisor to the prestigious Georgetown Journal of International Law, graduating with Dean's List honors.
Before his journey to the US, Sakrit built a strong foundation as a licensed attorney in India, specializing in insurance advisory, corporate advisory, commercial litigation, and arbitration. This comprehensive background equips him with a unique skill set, allowing him to approach personal injury cases with a multifaceted approach. Beyond his academic achievements, Sakrit's dedication to justice led him to volunteer at a legal clinic in Syracuse, NY, and worked at an immigration firm in the Washington, D.C. area, before joining our firm. Outside of work, Sakrit enjoys hiking, running, and cooking.
